This website has no user accounts, sets no cookies of its own, and runs no advertising or analytics trackers. The personal data we receive through it is limited to what you choose to send us:
Like most websites, our hosting provider (Cloudflare Pages) and font provider (Google Fonts) receive standard technical request data — such as IP address and browser type — when pages and font files load. We do not receive or store that data ourselves.
To respond to your enquiry, to follow up on partnership, regulatory, technical, or press matters you raise, and to keep normal business records of correspondence. We do not sell personal data, share it for marketing, or use it for automated decision-making.
Correspondence is retained as a business record for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose it was sent, and in line with our obligations under Botswana law, including the Data Protection Act. You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you by writing to compliance@xl-consulting-group.com. We will respond within a reasonable period.
This website provides general information about xL Consulting Group and the IPA platform. It is informational only. Nothing on it constitutes an offer of payment services, financial advice, or an invitation to transact. Use of the IPA platform itself is governed by separate written agreements, not by these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Botswana, and the courts of Botswana have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from this website.
IPA is an applicant innovation within the Bank of Botswana Regulatory Sandbox. Technical evaluation was completed in July 2026; the programme's decision is pending. xL Consulting Group is not yet authorised to operate a payment system in production, and will not process live customer transactions unless and until the applicable authorisations are in place. Statements on this website about supervision, transaction flows, and platform capability describe the system as designed and tested, not a live commercial service.
References on this website to banks, mobile network operators, and payment service providers describe the interoperability scope IPA is built for and the integration engagements underway. They do not imply endorsement of xL Consulting Group by those institutions, nor a completed commercial agreement, unless expressly stated.
Nothing on this website is investment, legal, tax, or financial advice. Institutions evaluating IPA should rely on the documentation and agreements provided directly in the course of engagement, under the appropriate confidentiality arrangements.
